Rental Rates and Seasons

The vacation homes and cabins are available for rent all year.  Rental rates range from $125.00/night to $160.00/night. We offer off season rates as well.
2 night min on weekdays and 3 night min during holiday weekends.

Accommodation Details

Frio River Country Lodging has 8 comfortable and clean homes and cabins.  All homes and cabins are completely furnished and have air conditioning, picnic tables, Bar-B-Que pits and fire rings. The fully-equipped kitchens have coffee makers, microwaves, dishwashers, dishes, and pots and pans. Please bring sheets and towels.

The 2 homes sleep up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms/2 baths or 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Two cabins each have 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom between the bedrooms and sleep up to 6 people. One log cabin sleeps up to 6. Two 1 bedroom/1 bath cabins sleep up to 8.

RV sites, tent camp sites, and primitive camping are also available. RV sites and campsites have Bar-B-Que pits and tables. Campsites have 2 shower houses and 1 bathroom.

Tubes and firewood are available for rent and sale at the office.

No pets please. Smoking is outside only. The property is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The secluded and quiet homes and cabins are near the Frio River, just 3 miles from Garner State Park. Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, tubing, and canoeing. Nearby recreation includes golf, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, and hunting. Also enjoy excellent wildlife viewing, bird watching, and stargazing.

The property is centrally located - Stores, horseback riding, miniature golf, restaurants, hiking, swimming and tubing are just a few miles north or south of our cabins and homes. Nearest small town is just 10 minutes away. Also near to Lost Maples State park and Mexico is only 1 1/2 hours away for shopping. We are just a 1 1/2 hour drive from San Antonio. Surrounding areas provide shopping, antiquing, libraries, museums and theme parks.

Nice family getaway! Lots of room for kids to play.

Bass and perch are in the Frio River.
