Resort Seasons and Cabin Rental RatesThe Minnesota vacation resort operates year round with 3 cabins, including two 3 bedrooms, and a 4 bedroom, but the other 7 cabins and the remainder of the resort are operated from May through September. Rental rates for the cabins vary from $110 to $290 per day, or $530 to $1430 per week. For additional people in a cabin, there is an additional charge of $8 per extra person per day for cabins 1 – 6, and $10 for cabins 7 - 10. Children 3 and under are no charge. Accommodation DetailsThe lake resort has 10 cabins and 82 RV sites. Two
outdoor pools are to be built in the spring of 2008. Each cabin also has air conditioning/heater, a full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, plates, utensils, and pans. The cabins also have color TV/VCR/DVD for those rare bad weather days. The cabin interiors are continually updated, most interior walls are of knotty pine, and each has its own deck with patio table, gas & charcoal barbecue grills, and fire ring. Linens are provided. Cabin 7 (sleeps up to 14) (Year round Cabin) Cabin 8 (Year round Cabin) is a three bedroom
with a queen size bed in each, and two queen sofa sleepers in the large
living area. It has central heat and air conditioning and a 3/4 bath. It
was a home built in 1949, but was completely remodeled in 2006 with new
appliances, cabinets, furniture, etc. This cabin is about 200 yards from
the beach and about 100 yards to the pools, with a nice view and a large
private yard. The office sells fishing licenses, live bait, tackle, groceries, games, and souvenirs. Near the cabins and RV Park is a playground for kids of all ages. The resort property has a game room, laundry facility, meeting rooms, showers, large water raft, pier, on-site 18-hole mini-golf course, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, barbecue grills, and fire pits. The vacation property has a boat launch, and the resort rents boats/motors and pontoons. Enjoy free use of the paddleboats. Smoking is allowed. Pets are welcome with restrictions and additional deposit. SurroundingsThe resort is secluded and quiet, and the large 35-acre property is wooded with almost 1000 feet of shoreline along Lake Mary. Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, boating and water-skiing & nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, and hunting. The resort is on a groomed trail for snowmobiling, and also offers great ice fishing on Lake Mary. Lake Mary is one of the finest fishing lakes in the Minnesota which is approximately 5 miles long and 1½ mile wide, covering nearly 2,500 acres. The lake has an approximate maximum water depth of 40 feet. Enjoy excellent fishing for bass, crappie, northern pike, panfish, and walleye. The beautiful lake has water clarity exceeding 6 feet.
