Vacation home rental rates and seasons

This Michigan vacation 2-story duplex house is available for rent all year. Rental rates are:

Summer (June through August): $1250/week for both floors. Due to summer demand, a single floor cannot be reserved alone.

Winter (September through May): $600/week for the first floor or $1100/week for both floors.

Check In: Saturday 4:00 p.m.
Check Out: The following Saturday at noon.

Accommodation details

The Fair Oaks House is a superb choice for 2 family vacations. It has 2 separate living quarters: 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor (sleeps 8) with kitchen, bath and living room, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (sleeps 6) with additional kitchen, bath and living room. The house has heat, a screened porch, deck, cable TV and VCR. The fully equipped kitchens have coffee makers, microwaves, dishes, pots and pans. Linens are provided please bring towels.

The lakefront property has a sand beach, dock, picnic table, barbecue grill, and fire pit. A boat is also provided.

Pets outside only. Smoking is allowed. The house is not handicapped accessible.

The home is on Long Lake and the property is wooded. Nearby water recreation includes swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing, and water skiing. A boat launch is nearby. Other nearby recreation includes golf, hiking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, and hunting.

Nearby places to visit:

Long Lake covers 130 acres and has a water depth of 60 feet. Fish include Bass, Pike, and Crappie. Motors are allowed. Fishing guide service is available.
