Accommodation Details

The vacation home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and sleeps 5 (possibly 6). The cottage has heat, deck, phone, TV, radio, and CD player. The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided.

The lakefront property has a dock, picnic table, barbecue grill, and fire pit. The vacation property also has a boat launch. A boat is provided for guest use.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

Cottage is on a shady gently sloping lot on a slow, no wake area of lake. Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, canoeing, and water skiing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, hiking, and horseback riding.

The property is located 10 miles southeast of Traverse City, MI. Convenient to festivals, shopping, dining, Michigan beaches, casinos, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Interlochen Arts Academy and more.

Spider Lake covers 450 acres and has a water depth of 40 feet. Speed limit from 7:30 PM to 11:00 AM - slow, no wake areas. Fish include Bass, Bluegill, Perch, Crappie, and Pike.
