The Michigan condominium is available for rent all year. Rental rates are:

Up to May 22, 2008:
$135/night (min 2 nights) or $700/week 

May 22-June 27, 2008:
$170/night (min 2 nights) or $1,000/week

June 28-Sep 1, 2008 weekly only $1,250

Accommodation Details

Brookharbor #6 is a beautifully appointed two story condo studio unit overlooking Harbor Village marina. With a bedroom loft upstairs, the unit sleeps up to 5 people in two queen sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The unit has a bath and a half bath, dining area, kitchen, living area with gas fireplace, and a deck overlooking the harbor and pools. The condo has heat and air conditioning and a VCR and cable TV. The unit is fully stocked with linens, towels (not beach), kitchen equipment, hair dryer, ironing board with iron and just about everything you'll need for a great stay.

The property has a sand beach, pier, harbor marina, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, whirlpool, children's playground, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, barbecue grills, picnic tables, fire pit, and laundry facilities.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The condominium is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The condominium overlooks Harbor Village marina. It is only a two minute walk to spectacular Lake Michigan beach where you can walk for miles or catch the sunset. Right next door is the gorgeous new indoor pool with spa and fitness room. Deck overlooks marina with view of outdoor pool. Walk to Manistee's famous North Pier Lighthouse or downtown to the Riverwalk that runs along the Manistee River. Manistee National Forest, theatres, shopping, casino, and more right nearby.

Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating and waterskiing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, and hunting.
