Rental rates and seasons

The vacation cottages and homes are available for rent all year. In-season rental rates range from $1450 - $5600 per week (June thru August). Daily rates in the off-season (2 night minimum) are from $150.00 per night.

Accommodation details

The resort consists of four large cottages, the Retreat House (sleeps 30) and the two story, lakefront, Kiwi House (sleeps 12), which all rest on a gentle rise overlooking a private, sandy beach.

The units have various amenities such as heat, screened porches, decks, balconies, TV's and DVD's and kitchens with dishwashers, coffee makers, microwaves, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens are provided. Bath towels are an extra $35 for a one-time initial supply.  

The lake property has a sand beach, docks, children's playground, volleyball, picnic tables, barbecue grills and fire pits.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. The cottages are not handicap accessible.

Surroundings

Rosewood Pointe is nestled among stately oaks and fragrant pines on the north side of beautiful Lake Macatawa. The homes are located at the end of a cul-de-sac in an exclusive neighborhood. Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, water skiing and canoeing. Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.

Lake Macatawa is about 5 miles long and has a water depth of 40 feet. A channel provides access to lake Michigan. There is no motor size limit on the lake.  Fish include salmon, walleye, perch, bass, brown trout, catfish, white fish. Fishing guide service is available.
