Glen Lake Cottages (previously named Sun Downe Dey Cottages)
is located on Little
Glen Lake in Leelanau County, in the heart of The Sleeping Bear Dunes
National Lakeshore. It offers 3 vacation housekeeping cottages for
rent or long-term lease. Rental rates vary by home size and season.
The least expensive is "Wee House" for $1200.00 per week,
and the most expensive is "Blue Inn" for $3000.00 per week,
$1800.00 off season. Country Cottage is $2000.00 per week. Half the rental is due upon booking and the balance is due by June
1.
Accommodation details
The vacation property has a sandy beach area, dock
used for sunbathing and minnow catching and a fire pit. Glen Lake, rated
on the most beautiful lakes in the world, offers shallow water for 400
feet with a beautiful, firm, sandy bottom making it ideal for small
children. Smoking is not allowed in the cottages. The homes
are not handicap accessible.
 | The Blue Inn is a modern year-round rental
cottage located right on the beach. It has four bedrooms, sleeps
10 people with 1 queen-size, 1 double, and 6 twin beds. This
cottage has 1-1/2 baths, microwave, dishwasher, cloths dryer, and a
small deck. Pets are not allowed in this unit. |

Blue Inn |
| The Country Cottage is a rustic, older,
secluded summer cottage sitting back from the lake about 600 feet.
It sleeps 10 and has two bedrooms with a total of 4 twin beds (2
put together to make a king), 1 double bed, and 2 sleeper sofas (queen
and a full size). This cottage has only 1 bath upstairs, 2
sinks, and the shower stall is located in the main bedroom. There
is a microwave, fireplace and a screened porch. Pets are allowed
in this home for an additional $100.00 per week. |

Country Cottage |
| The Wee House is a small and charming
1-bedroom cottage on the beach with gorgeous views of the sunrises.
It offers all the amenities of home and sleeps 4 in 1 semi-loft
double bed, 1 queen sofa, and 1 twin sofa. The cottage has a
small bathroom with shower stall and cable TV. Pets are not
allowed in this cottage. |

Surroundings
Glen Lake Cottages places you in the heart of
Michigan's most beautiful area surrounded by the Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen
Arbor, Lake Michigan and the historic town of Leland. The resort is
on Little Glen Lake where you can find excellent swimming, fishing (perch,
bass, pike, lake trout, splake and sunfish) and other water sports. Nearby
recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding,
snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing.
