Vacation home rental rates and seasons

The Michigan vacation house is available for rent all year. Rental rates are:

June, July, August, September $1500 per week. Accommodations for up to eight (8) people. Week of July 4th $1700. After Labor Day rates will lower.

Accommodation details

This is a lovely, spacious home on Clam Lake, family owned and maintained - only a five minute boat ride to magnificent Torch Lake and the infamous Dockside Tavern.

The vacation home has 4 bedrooms and 2½ baths, and it sleeps 8. The house has heat and air conditioning, fireplace, deck, washer/dryer, phone, cable TV and VCR. The fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and towels are not provided.

The lakefront property has a 60 foot dock, 4000 lb boat lift, picnic table, barbecue grill, and fire pit. A canoe is provided for guests.

No pets, please. No smoking in home. The house is not handicapped accessible.

Surroundings

The home is secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. The home is on Clam Lake where water recreation includes swimming, snorkeling, fishing, boating, canoeing and water skiing. A boat launch and boat rental is nearby. Other nearby recreation includes golf, bicycling, snowmobiling, and downhill skiing.

Clam Lake covers 600+ acres and has a water depth of 40 feet. Torch Lake is 17 miles long, 3 miles wide and has a water depth of over 300 feet. There is no motor size limit on either lake. Fish include many types: Bass, Blue Gill, Crappie, Pike, and Lake Trout.
