Accommodation Details

Charming beach house, just steps to the beach - all on one floor! Great for the handicapped or elderly. It has just been totally painted and professionally decorated in fun beachy themes. Great screened in porch for evening meals and glorious sunsets. Huge 8' x 8' hot tub on the porch. It's very kid friendly with kid sized table and chairs, games, beach toys, etc. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything you can think of and close to the beach, so the view is fabulous!

The beach house with attached garage has 3 bedrooms/2 baths, and sleeps up to 8 people. The vacation home has heat and air conditioning, washer/dryer, phone, TV and VCR. Linens and towels are provided.

The oceanfront property has a sandy beach and dock directly across the street for fishing/boating. Also picnic table, barbecue grill, 2 pieces of workout equipment, children's toys, games, and beach chairs.

No pets and no smoking in the house, please. The house is handicapped accessible.

The home is on the beach - secluded, quiet, and on one acre of heavily wooded, naturally landscaped property. Fish from the dock for all kinds of fish, including Grouper. Enjoy swimming, golf, tennis or bicycling.

The home has a unique setup because the intercoastal waterway (Lemon bay) is right across the street with a large dock. If you rent a boat, you can go up and down the intercoastal waterway to various waterfront restaurants which is really fun or rent a jet ski and tie it to the dock. It's also a great place to fish right from the dock.

The home is on Manasota Key n Englewood, a sleepy town 15 minutes from Venice, FL and 25 minutes from the larger city of Sarasota. Dearborn St. in Englewood is starting to change - antique shops, neat stores, lovely new street lanterns and bricks walks. There is a theater (Lemon Bay Theater) on Dearborn and a beautiful library. There are plenty of restaurants in town and even on Manasota Beach. Just 2 miles from our house we have 6 restaurants. Everything is close but when you're in the beach house it seems like your away from it all. It's relaxing, and kids of all ages love it. The beach is known for it's shark's teeth and we have found hundreds and hundreds.
