Vacation apartment rental rates

The Colorado vacation getaway apartment is available for rent all year. Rental rates for the luxury home are $700 per week, or $1800 per month. Weekly and monthly rentals only.

Accommodation details

The beautifully appointed and remodeled vacation apartment was a Lutheran church in the 19th century. The fully-equipped luxury apartment features the original hardwood floors, and the vaulted ceiling in the main room. The added kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. 

The 1-bedrrom apartment sleeps 2 to 4 guests. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the leather couch converts into a queen-sized bed. The home has a screened porch, phone, TV and VCR, and washer/dryer. Linens and towels are provided.

No smoking in the apartment. Fax or e-mail for possible pet permission. The apartment rental is not handicapped accessible.

The vacation apartment is on a residential street that is quiet at night. The apartment is only 2 blocks from downtown Boulder, and many restaurants are within walking distance. A car is not needed because all basic necessities and conveniences are within walking distance or can be reached by bus. A health club is 3 blocks away. 

Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, and bicycling.
