Cottage Rental Rates And Seasons

The Arkansas vacation cottages are available for rent year round. Rental rates for the cottages are:

$100.00 for one (1) night, $80.00 for 2 thru 5 nights, with 6th night free.  Seven or more nights are $60.00 each and special discounts for longer stays are available. Rates are based on 2 adults and up to 2 children.

Accommodation Details

The vacation cottages (yes we have two now!) see them at www.vrbo.com/21569 are fully furnished, cozy and comfortable.  Both sleep up to 4 people.  Both have 1 bedroom, with queen-size beds. The living rooms have sleeper sofas, a recliner for him and a rocker for her and Dish TV with VCR. There are a variety of good movies, books and magazines.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, and it comes stocked with about everything you will need including coffee, sugar, flour, and more. The vacation cottages have central heat and air conditioning and a deck.  Linens and towels are provided.

We are pet friendly but please inquire. Stable and grazing accommodations for horses are available and we are just a short drive from the National field trial areas. The cottage is not handicap accessible.

Surroundings

The cottages are secluded and quiet, and the property is wooded. Outside you will be greeted by a gorgeous view of Mt. Magazine, a hammock to nap in, a yard swing and a large furnished deck. No glaring lights will mask the stupendous night sky where even the Milky Way is visible on cloudless nights. Listen to the owls, whippoorwills, wild turkey and watch the deer graze in the meadow as well as the hummingbirds and Arkansas unique varieties of Butterflies.

The mountain cottage is perfect for a vacation hideaway, pastoral retreat, or a couple's getaway. Enjoy walks in the woods, or visit nearby Mt. Magazine and the beautiful new lodge.  Nap in the hammock, or relax on the furnished deck. Enjoy abundant wildlife, and visit nearby wine cellars, museums, and state parks.

Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, hunting, swimming, and canoeing.
