We have registered vacation properties in hundreds of U.S. cities. Properties include resorts, cottages, cabins, lodges, homes, ranches, condominiums, inns, motels, bed and breakfasts, hotels, RV parks, house boats, and more. Small to big, simple to luxurious. Good properties. If you own or manage many properties, please e-mail us information about yourself so that we may determine if you are eligible for listing. We normally do not list management companies with many properties that directly compete with listed properties. However, we can provide deep discounts for multiple properties. Or, if eligible, we can quote you a cost for listing your management company.

Upon acceptance of your application, we will prepare a professionally-designed custom Internet web page for the property and publish it to our Internet site. In addition, you receive:

How much does it cost?

The cost for a new listing is based on the publication date and the number of pictures you would like with your listing. The cost covers your listing through the end of the year 2014. The cost is reduced each quarter of the year since the cost covers a shorter period as the end of the year approaches. We want you to know up front, the details of our pricing, so you can make an informed decision about listing with us.

The cost in the following table covers your listing through Dec 31, 2014.

The new listing price in the table includes a one time application processing fee.
Payment is due within 15 days after the listing is published to the web.
If you would like a mailed invoice, there is an additional $5 charge.
For single owner, multiple listings, there is a discount of $10 for each new listing after the first.

For example, if we publish your listing with 0 - 2 pictures on any day between July 1, 2014 and September 30, 2014 the cost would be $55 and would cover your listing through Dec 31, 2014. The renewal of all listings is based on a calendar year (Jan 1 - Dec 31). To continue your listing in the next year 2015, an annual renewal fee must be paid: $60 for 0 to 2 pictures plus $5 for each additional picture (fee subject to change).

The Five Simple Steps to Registration

Listing your property with U.S. Resort and Cottage Registry is fast and easy. Just follow these 5 simple steps:

  1. Fill out our electronic or printed application form. This gives us basic information about your property.

  2. For a more detailed listing, write some additional paragraphs and include it with your application. Usually, more is better for both you and the vacationer.

  3. Include pictures for your listing. If they're not ready now, no problem - we can add them later. We can accept JPEG files via e-mail, prints via mail, or copy pictures from your web site.

  4. If you want, tell us about your town with words and pictures (pictures sent for a city are published free). This can promote more interest in your property.

  5. Mail us your payment within 15 days after your listing is published to the web.

Sending pictures and payment

If you apply electronically, please mail us a check for payment within 15 days after your listing is published to the web to avoid a $5 invoice charge. You can include your photographs with your payment.

Or, if you complete a printed application, please include a check and photographs with the application.

We regret that we cannot return photographs, and we cannot process slides.
